Every partnership is priced as a fixed annual fee. No day-rate creep, no scope additions billed separately, no surprise invoices. You know exactly what you are paying before you sign.
Senior-led. Always.
There are no junior analysts or subcontractors at Northbridge. Every piece of work is delivered by the same experienced professional you spoke to on your scoping call. That consistency is part of what you are paying for.
Deliberately small client base.
We work with a limited number of clients each year. That is not a sales tactic — it is how we maintain the standard of work our clients expect. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

On-Site Visits
All partnerships are remote-first. On-site visits are available as a standalone or annual add-on — priced to reflect the time and commitment involved.
Ad-hoc School Visit
A single on-site visit to any school in your trust or partnership. Useful for governor sessions, data deep-dives, or pre-inspection preparation. Bookable at any time.
Termly Visit Package
Three pre-booked on-site visits per year, per school. Scheduled at the start of each term. Includes pre-visit preparation and a follow-up action summary.
Quarterly Visit Package
Four visits per year, per school — one per term plus one strategic review. Full-year scheduling locked in at contract start. Priority booking guaranteed.
Visit packages are priced per school and added to your annual partnership fee. Travel expenses (mileage at HMRC rate + any accommodation required) are invoiced separately and at cost.
Ofsted Prep Sprint
Pre-inspection intensive. Delivered within 2–3 weeks.
SEND Dashboard
Built once, maintained annually. Purpose-built for SEND leads and SENCOs.
Governor Training Session
